Yalla, Yalla
by Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros
, , , joe

Max Caster says: In the later years of Joe Strummer's life, he delivered a couple of records that were absolutely up to the high standard he had set with The Clash. "Yalla, Yalla" is an unforgettable track, that has haunted me since the day it was released. When Joe got it right, he got it right. With his last band, The Mescaleros, he left us with a piece of his singular heart and soul. This is our MP3 Jackpot Winner for today. You can get the album from Epitaph, and it is a treasure.
