Own A Mountain
by Dave Insley
, , alt.country, indie brilliance

Nina Gnose says: This Dave Insley track crept back onto my playlist after I received an email announcing the release of Insley's newest CD, West Texas Wine. "Own A Mountain," from 2005's Call Me Lonesome CD, deals with the triumphs and setbacks of everyday life, and touches that moment when we realize we are not what we have, or what we don't have, we are but transient souls living in a blink of nature's eye. Insley transcends "new" or "old" country in this gospel flavored ballad. Winner.
