Sweet Home Chicago
by Robert Johnson
, , pre-war, country blues

Max Caster says: Band Geek, I see you have posted a gem from the daddy of rock and roll himself. Funny, I recently found a blog called Fake Robert Johnson, full of amusing observations about the music business and snow. But this is the real Robert Johnson, singing Sweet Home Chicago. I doubt there is much I have played on the radio in my career that wasn't in some way influenced by this man. Enjoy our MP3 Jackpot Winner for today!
