Red Leaves
by Common Market
,

El Gusano says: MP3 4U's newest source, Dave Allen knows the state of the music bidniz better than most. As bass player in Gang Of Four, as solo artist, and as record company chief, he's seen it all. His post of "Red Leaves" by Seattle hip hoppers Common Market knocked me out. Lyrically, what this crew is spittin' is a cut above, intelligent and thought provoking, with an elegant lazy groove and solid production to back it up. Our winner for today.
